The Art of Sushi Making on February 17. Learn to make the perfect homemade sushi. Learn the tips and tricks from a professional sushi chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class. You will learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations – A Spicy Tuna Temaki Roll, A California and A Futomaki Vegetarian Roll.

Gnocchi Making on February 28. Gnocchi is one of the prized dishes of Tuscany. With a little help and a lot of love, these soft dumplings will melt in your mouth.

In this fun class, you will learn how to make gnocchi and two fresh sauces from start to finish. First, we will learn about the history of Gnocchi making, exploring its culture and variations. Then, we will get our hands on fresh potatoes to make our dough. Once we have learned to create our shapes and form our dumplings, we will work on our sauce. In this lesson, you will learn how to create Potato Gnocchi with scratch made fresh pesto. These flavors are sure to transport you straight to the hills of Northern Italy.
