March 1-2, Noise Pop Music & Art Festival. Noise Pop Festival is a 10 day, 160+ band, 80+ event, 25+ venue music and arts festival that remains a staple in the San Francisco Bay Area.
March 1-2, SF Beer Week. SF Beer Week features more than 30 San Francisco Brewers Guild members, plus dozens more Northern California craft breweries.
March 2, HEAD WEST Marketplace, HEAD WEST is a marketplace for emerging + established local brands and small businesses. From hand-made ceramics to locally sourced vintage, there are always new categories of goods available to explore.
March 4, Taco Tuesday at The Crossing at East Cut. Head to The Crossing on Tuesdays from 3-6 pm for $3 tacos at Red Rooster and $10 margaritas at The Greyhound Bar.
March 3, 10, 17 Monday Wellness. Join the winter Monday yoga series in the Port Room at the Ferry Building, with beautiful and peaceful views overlooking the Bay. This vinyasa yoga class combines accessible and creative flows, dynamic stretching, and core work.

March 6, Downtown First Thursdays. Grab your friends and head downtown for DFT on Market Street & 2nd Street. Get ready for more live music, food, drag, DJs, free all-ages activities to fill up the night.
March 6, First Thursdays at SFMOMA. From 12 noon–8 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month, Bay Area residents can enjoy SFMOMA’s galleries filled with lively and inspiring art — for free.
March 6, Bachata Class at The Crossing. Classes will start back up and continue on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 5 pm. Time to learn the basics of Bachata.
March 6-9, Superfine Art Fair. This event features top local and global artists. It’s a great place to fine unique art, clothing, jewelry and other hand crafted items.
March 7, International Women’s Day Event at The Ferry Building. The event will include a powerful panel, followed by a delicious, organic lunch by Amy’s Kitchen at the iconic Ferry Building in San Francisco.
March 8, KNBR & Giants FanFest. Fans can participate in an array of interactive games and displays on the Field, Promenade, and Club levels at the. Members of the Giants team will be on hand to sign autographs, pose for photos and participate in Q&A sessions.
March 8, Best In The Westin: San Francisco’s Most Fetching Dog Show. Join the second annual Westin St. Francis Dog Show to celebrate our favorite travel companions- our pets.
March 8, Fight for Air Climb. This annual event takes place principally at 555 California, one of SF’s tallest buildings with 52 flights of stairs, or 1,197 steps. Check here for a list of our outdoor urban climb staircases.
March 9, The Pickwick Vintage Show. Featuring over 70+ exhibitors from across California, featuring collections of vintage clothing, jewelry, accessories, textiles, findings, and inspiration of all kinds. Pickwick Vintage Show is a major source for collectors, connoisseurs, and the design community in search of vintage spanning all eras.
March 15, Annual San Francisco St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns.
March 22, Earth Hour. Major cities around the world, including San Francisco, show that the simple act of turning off lights for one hour can have a lasting impact on climate change starting at 8:30pm.
March 22, Flower Bulb Day. A colorful display of more than 80,000 tulips will cover Union Square in Downtown SF. You are invited to visit the square and pick your own bunch of tulips.
March 22, Postcommodity: Cosmovisión Torneo de la Bahia. Part musical event and part sonic ceremony, Cosmovisión, the newest project from interdisciplinary artist collective Postcommodity, premieres at SFMOMA with the event Cosmovisión Torneo de la Bahia.
March 29, Pop-Ups on the Plaza: Celebrating BIPOC Women Makers. This Women’s History Month, celebrate Bay Area BIPOC women makers with a day of delicious food, crafts, and community at the Embarcadero Ferry Terminal Plaza (south of the Ferry Building) and Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
