Life at Jasper puts you in the center of excitement every month. February brings a variety of must attend events to the City. We’ve rounded up a few must-attend events that include a stunning display of Hearts an evening of gourmet bites, wines, music and art activities at the Ferry Building. Check out our top picks and start marking your calendars:

February 1, Vinyasa Flow With Corepower. Free Vinyasa Flow yoga classes will be held on the 1st Saturday of every month at 1 pm by CorePower.

February 1-2, SF Sketchfest. SF Sketchfest, the San Francisco Comedy Festival, returns to celebrate the 22nd year January 16 – February 2. Features comedy sketches and performances by well-known comedians. 

February 1-3, Annual Hearts in SF Display. View the 2025 ‘Hearts in SF’ sculptures at the Ferry Building! Designed by over 20 talented artists who donated their time in support of the SFGHF.

February 1-18, Get in the Game: Sports, Art, Culture at SFMOMA. Discover the depth of swimmer Diana Nyad’s determination through an unexpected portrait angle. Feel the pressure Billie Jean King faced through a reenactment of her legendary “Battle of the Sexes” tennis match. Celebrate Kobe Bryant’s legacy as an NBA superstar and cultural icon in lustrous ceramic. This exhibition taps into the spirit of why you love sports through what we know best: art, design, and interactive experiences. It’s time to get in the game.

February 3, 10, 17, 24, Monday Wellness. Join the winter Monday yoga series in the Port Room at the Ferry Building, with beautiful and peaceful views overlooking the Bay. This vinyasa yoga class combines accessible and creative flows, dynamic stretching, and core work.

February 6, Bachata Class at The Crossing. Classes will start back up and continue on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 5 pm. Time to learn the basics of Bachata.

February 6, Downtown First Thursdays. Grab your friends and head downtown for DFT on Market Street & 2nd Street. Get ready for more live music, food, drag, DJs, free all-ages activities to fill up the night.

February 6, First Thursdays at SFMOMA. From 12 noon–8 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month, Bay Area residents can enjoy SFMOMA’s galleries filled with lively and inspiring art — for free.

February 6-18, SF Indie Fest. Now in its 27th year, celebrates independent, alternative films and filmmakers. You’ll have the chance to watch dozens original works, screened at local theaters around SF.

February 8, Lunar New Year. Join the 25th anniversary of this beloved annual celebration of music & community at Davies Symphony Hall.

February 12, 19, 26, Mahjong Wednesday. Play Mahjong at the Ferry Building! If you have never played and are eager to learn, an instructor is available to give you a quick guide and helpful tips on Chinese-style.

February 13, Love Bites! Celebrate your love of San Francisco with an evening of gourmet bites, wines, music and art activities at the Ferry Building! Eat and drink your way around the Ferry Building with small bites and wine tastings from Napa Valley Vintners.

February 15, Chinese New Year Parade. Named one of the top ten Parades in the world, the Chinese New Year Parade in San Francisco is one of the few remaining night illuminated Parades in North America and the biggest parade celebrating the lunar new year outside of Asia.

February 20 – March 2, Noise Pop Music & Art Festival. Noise Pop Festival is a 10 day, 160+ band, 80+ event, 25+ venue music and arts festival that remains a staple in the San Francisco Bay Area.

February 21 – March 2, SF Beer Week. SF Beer Week features more than 30 San Francisco Brewers Guild members, plus dozens more Northern California craft breweries. 

February 22, Reina Montenegro, Chef Reina. Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

February 24, Zumba at Salesforce. High energy, flawlessly taught, easily learned, wildly addictive ZUMBA® has taken the world by storm. FITNESS SF brings you top-notch ZUMBA® instructors in the SF Bay Area.
