Life at Jasper puts you in the center of excitement every month. June brings a new season and a variety of must attend events to the City. We’ve rounded up a few that include live music, cooking classes, wine tasting, dance classes, and much more. Map out your month here:
June 1, Happy Hour Monday to Friday at Madarae. Experience the delicious fresh bites and hand crafted cocktails from mixologists.
June 1, First Thursdays at SFMOMA. From 1–8 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month, Bay Area residents can enjoy SFMOMA’s galleries filled with lively and inspiring art — for free.
June 1, 17 + 24, Rincon Sneak Walking Tour. This walking tour goes off the beaten path to discover the most hidden public spaces in SoMa.
June 2, Bollywood Dance Fridays. Learn a combination of a 60 minute Bollywood or Bhangra dance lesson that will leave you feeling loved, lighter, and delighted in excitement every week at Salesforce Park.
June 2-3, ILLENIUM LIVE at Chase Center. The Sky and IMANU will open the show on June 2nd, KREAM and Annika Wells will open the show on June 3rd.
June 4, Wayfare Tavern’s 6th Annual Rosé & Bouquet Party. Get ready for a beautiful afternoon packed with good times and creative vibes at the 6th annual Rosé & Bouquet event.
June 4, High on the Hog 2023. EPIC Steak’s Annual Pork and Pinot Festival Benefitting Guide Dogs for the Blind.
June 6, Community Yoga. Join the Ferry Building for a free yoga series with a beautiful waterfront view, peaceful vibes and feel-good, enlivening movement for your Tuesday lunch break.
June 7, HEAD WEST, Every first Sunday of the month Head West will bring Bay Area Makers, Crafters, Designers, Artists + Vintage Merchants to the Ferry Building’s beautiful back plaza.
June 7, DIASPORA dinner. Join MoAD for an exceptional evening of international cuisine, lively entertainment, and insightful conversation with MoAD’s Chef-in-Residence and two of America’s Top Chef’s.
June 7, Dance Outdoors with Rhythm & Motion. Rhythm & Motion and Yerba Buena Gardens Festival invite you to join us for R&M Fusion class at the beautiful Yerba Buena Gardens.
June 8, Polynesian Dance. Second Thursdays, 6 – 7:30 p.m. at Main Plaza at Salesforce.
June 9, Comedy at The Crossing. Enjoy a night filled with laughs, drinks, bites, and more featuring top rising comedians from the Bay Area.
June 10, East Cut Summer Block Party. Bask in the sunshine and participate in a range of fitness-focused activities in the summery atmosphere with live music and delicious seafood specialties from Mar Bar.
June 10, Trek SOMA – Ferry Plaza Ride Series. This will be a recurring, bi-weekly ride that will start and end at the Trek Bicycle Shop on 869 Brannan Street, with a stop at the Ferry Plaza for some coffee and nibbles.
June 11, Father’s Day Activities. Head to the Marketplace for a ‘Ferry Family Day’ of gift making for Fathers and Father Figures. Create one-of-a-kind gifts like trophies, ties, and candy cards.
June 11, Gardeneur Plant and Eco-Market. Gardeneur’s monthly Plant Market returns to the San Francisco Ferry Building, Second Sundays through September.
June 14, Wednesday Flight Nights – Trail Marker, Drew Huffine & Emily Virgil. Taste some of the world’s most rare and celebrated wines and meet the people who make them famous at the Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant.
June 15, Cookie Decorating Class. Indulge at the iconic San Francisco Ferry Building for an evening of cookie decorating fun in celebration of summer and Pride.
June 18, Native Contemporary Arts Festival. A beloved Father’s Day tradition celebrating the creativity of North America’s indigenous peoples, showcasing a diverse program.
June 18-August 20, Stern Grove Festival. This free outdoor concert series has happened every summer since 1938. The festival is on Sunday afternoons at 2 pm.
June 21, Indiana Jones Night. The Giants are thrilled to host our first-ever Indiana Jones themed night at Oracle Park with a limited edition Indiana Jones Joc Pederson Bobblehead.
June 23-24, Circus Bella’s Bananas. Circus Bella returns to Yerba Buena Gardens with Bananas, a brand-new outdoor show.
June 24, Mark Dommen, One Market Restaurant. Stop by the Foodwise Classroom for a cooking demo featuring Mark Dommen, with a unique talent who has spent more than 20 years in the kitchen.
June 24-25, San Francisco Pride. The Pride Celebration will be June 24th and 25th. The Pride Parade will be on on June 25th, going down Market Street from Embarcadero to the Celebration at Civic Center.
June 27, Trivia Night at Barebottle Beer Garden. Live multi-media trivia every Tuesday night @ 5:30pm Barebottle Beer Garden @ Salesforce Park.
June 28, Wednesday Flight Nights – La Follette, Hugh Chappelle. Taste some of the world’s most rare and celebrated wines and meet the people who make them famous at the Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant.
June 29, Summer Sounds. Enjoy live musical performances in the Urban Patio of Three Embarcadero Center. Summer Sounds will begin June 29 to celebrate the first day of summer and will continue through July every Tuesday and Thursday.
Thursdays, Live Music on the Plaza. Enjoy live music from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on the Ferry Building’s Back Plaza featuring Bay Area musicians every Thursday through August.
Fridays, Outdoor Yoga at Ferry Building. Join the outdoor yoga class at 12:00 pm. Hosted by Divine Yoga Studio.
Movies all Month Long. Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, The Cut Outdoor Cinema at The Crossing is the Bay’s first year-round outdoor cinema. Check out what’s coming to the big screen.
