Meet Thaddeus Ellenburg, Assistant Property Manager at Jasper
When you live at Jasper, you benefit from the services provided by a team of onsite specialists who are passionate about their positions. Assistant Property Manager, Thaddeus Ellenburg, is one of those professionals who makes living at Jasper a wonderful and memorable experience. Thaddeus took some time out of his busy schedule to share some insight regarding being a part of the Jasper team.
Share a bit of your background with us and how you came to be with Crescent Heights at Jasper:
I came to Crescent Heights, working in residential properties in general, several years ago via a concierge position with a partnering fitness management company. After transitioning to Jasper, I worked the concierge desk for a year before moving upstairs to the leasing office in the role of Leasing Coordinator. At the start of 2019, I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
What building features, amenities and services are you most excited to share with potential residents as they tour Jasper?
Our package room and resident services coordinator is one of my favorite services. It may not sound like much, but in San Francisco, someone to sign for and deliver packages straight to your unit, is pure gold.
What tops future residents’ lists these days when looking for a new apartment for lease?
Foremost, prospects want amenities; with views coming in a very close second. Thirdly, prospects are looking for closet space. In fact, for these future residents, closet space is a deal-breaker.
Describe your favorite view or views from Jasper:
My favorite views from Jasper are the west-facing views from the master bed of our ‘13 stack. It’s the best opportunity to catch San Francisco’s brilliant sunsets as they drop behind Twin Peaks. Similarly, the north-facing views from our upper-level ’01 units showoff the financial district blanketed in pink light.
3 words you’d use to describe Jasper:
Community, Service, Comfort.
The most exciting part about our location atop Rincon Hill in San Francisco’s East Cut Neighborhood is:
For me, the most exciting part of Jasper’s Rincon Hill location is the melding of history and progress. San Francisco is an ever-evolving city. And with the Bay Bridge, the Barbary Coast, and towering developments reshaping the city’s skyline, the energy in the area is palpable.
