This rustic but elegant gathering place featuring floors with wood sourced from a turn of the century barn and an impressive marble fireplace built from bricks salvaged after the earthquake and great fire of 1906. Pair your fried chicken and popovers with a fireside seat and enjoy an evening rich with history and tradition at this timeless tavern.

Grab the large table in front of the fireplace at his upscale dining institution and bask in its glow as you feast on Greek dishes. This unique oversized hearth emits an appetizing aroma that enhances the warmth of your dining experience. Order a few Mezethes and make a meal of them.

Driftwood, 1225 Folsom St / 1.3 miles from Jasper
This casual and comfortable, vaguely nautical neighborhood cocktail bar features artisan cocktails and craft beers, fun music and good friends. Head to the back to find the roaring cast iron fireplace, and play the vintage piano while you’re at it. Try the Oaxacan Winter~ with Vida Mezcal, Cardamaro, Port Wine & Orange Bitters.
