Tell us a little bit about your life before Jasper, what lead you into leasing?
I was a  leasing manager for Irvine company in Santa Clara, and never really left the south bay where I grew up. I had a friend tell me about Crescent Heights as I have always been intrigued by luxury high rises in major metropolitan cities. Saw a opening, and went for it, haven’t looked back since.

Have you worked at other luxury rentals before? What makes Jasper stand out from the crowd?
I worked for “luxury communities” in south bay, which do not even compare. I compare Jasper to luxury hotels that create a lifestyle as oppose to just a building people live in.

What do you think residents are most surprised to find at Jasper?
The community environment, and hosted events. I love chaperoning them, because no other buildings offer these events, and it gives an opportunity to personalize their living experience.

4 favorite features of the building:
The Lounge, Parlor, Events and Gym

What has been your favorite event held at Jasper and why?
Wine tasting tours. Everyone loves wine tasting, and not only does it give myself an opportunity to meet the residents, but creates a platform for them to meet as well.
