Meet Andy Wong, Lead Concierge.  Andy was good enough to take time to share a little insight into his position and life at Rincon Hill’s premiere rental community, Jasper.

Describe your perfect day at Jasper:
The perfect day at Jasper comprises of a little bit of this and that… I am the type of person to be a part of something, from taking care of the residents work orders, to answering a question, and just all around assisting in any way, shape or form… it’s like keeping the tools sharpened, charged, oiled and ready to go.  I like taking on challenges and little problems as they pop up as well as the ability to problem solve and finish the day with completed tasks.  

What makes Jasper stand out from the crowd?
Jasper stands out from the crowd due to the exceptional service we provide and the staff’s willingness to assist.  We start, follow up and complete the task(s).  We train our staff to follow up, which is one of the most important parts; other places I know (retail and other service sectors) will start and finish something without the attention to detail, resulting in the root cause of an issue remaining forever open if nobody looks into it.  One of the motto’s at Jasper is “Expect the Unexpected!”

The best thing about living on Rincon Hill in San Francisco’s newly named East Cut neighborhood is:
We are close to everything from shops, restaurants, local and regional attractions, plus the ease of getting onto the highway to work, explore and play.

The place I’d ride a Jasper PUBLIC Bike would be a quick ride to our sister property – NEMA.  It would be fun to explore all that Market Street and beyond has to offer while riding our cool bike with the Jasper logo, so everyone would know where the bike originated from.  Jasper – (she) is unique and one of a kind.

If Jasper was a superhero, (she’d) be:
If Jasper were a superhero, she would be the cousin of Superman – I would call her ”Super Jasper”, clean cut with lots of compliments (on her good looks) from all around (vendors, delivery services, and staff) on a daily basis.  When in need, Super Jasper is fast and efficient on services and able to steam through anything that is thrown at her.
