Deliciousness is always in season. As we head into harvest season, the San Francisco Ferry Plaza Farmers Market is filling up with fresh fall produce like the array of winter squash grown on vines and sun-cured after harvesting so that the skin hardens, allowing them to stay ripe for months. Year round, rain or shine, CUESA operates the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Saturday (8am to 2pm), Tuesday (10am to 2pm), and Thursday (10am to 2pm).
Join the Harvest Festival at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Saturday, October 7 from 10:00am to 2:00pm for DIY apple cider pressing and more! Samples are free if you step up and help crank the press.
CUESA’s Sunday Supper is coming up on October 15. Join 35 of the Bay Area’s best chefs plus winemakers, bartenders, and sustainable farmers at the historic Ferry Building for an elegant reception and four-course feast showcasing peak-season produce from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
The Ferry Building Marketplace is a feast for your senses and open for your shopping pleasure: Monday through Friday, 10am – 7pm; Saturday, 8am – 6pm; and Sunday, 11am – 5pm.
