What are the top 3 services that Jasper residents value?
Valet (so fast and always opening the doors for residents), concierge (always there to help our residents 24/7), and fitness (our fitness director, Jimmy, has so much energy and really inspires our residents)!

One thing you may not know about Jasper is:
It’s named after Jasper O’Farrell who was the first person to map San Francisco!

What do you think draws residents to Rincon Hill in general?
Rincon Hill is so new and fabulous! It’s a quiet neighborhood feel just minutes away from FiDi, and my favorite, a quick walk to the Embarcadero!

…and what draws residents to Jasper, in particular?
Residents are drawn to Jasper because of our amazing events and community feel. Just last night I was helping with a sushi cooking class that our residents got to participate in! It’s rare to find a high rise that creates this community for residents to get to know their neighbors and be active.

Favorite neighbor and why:
My favorite neighbor would have to be The Little Skillet. It’s the best chicken and waffles I’ve had in SF, and  it’s connected to a great bar, Victory Hall!

Mr. Chilly—best app for San Francisco weather!, Instagram, and Spotify!

SF Giants or Warriors?
Hands down, the Warriors! I’m a Southern California native/huge Dodgers fan!

The first thing I’d reach for at CUESA’s Farmers Market:
The delicious tomatoes and a Wise Son’s bagel!
