When you live at Jasper, you benefit from the services provided by a team of onsite specialists who are passionate about their jobs.  Property Manager, Jolene Loughrey, is one such professional who makes living at Jasper a memorable and carefree experience.

Born in Santa Clara, she has lived in 14 different cities from Portland to San Diego and loves everything about San Francisco and the West Coast.  That West Coast mentality is a perfect fit with Jolene, who believes in the power of laughter therapy, that a trip to the beach can cure all, and that the best service is that of a friend to a friend.

We asked her to take some time out of her busy schedule to share some insight and favorites with us.

Relaxing, Beautiful and Entertaining!

What do you think residents are most surprised to find at Jasper?
A staff that truly cares about our residents and their enjoyment of their home. Also, even though we are new, we are constantly upgrading and bringing in new things based on our resident feedback.

4 favorite features of the building:
In home package delivery, Valet service with onsite car washing service, The Darkroom/Theater and the Parlor/Private Dining.

What has been your favorite event held at Jasper and why?
Our Grand Opening Gala! We went all out for this event hiring a group of entertainers who did performances throughout the building, converted the pool in to a dance floor and had numerous bars set up with different themes at each. It was a roaring 20’s party which the residents really got into and dressed for the occasion. This was a great evening for both residents and staff.
